Required Documents:
1- A request signed by the property owner or his legal representative.
2- Five copies of the excavation project signed by a sworn surveyor and registered with the Topographers Syndicate.
3- A statement of easement and planning dating back no more than three months.
4- A comprehensive real estate affidavit dating back no more than three months.
5- A real estate surveyor issued by the Survey Department.
